202 Road Map to Success
(F4S)This seminar is designed to increase your retail profits.

Students will be introduced to the four business zones, solutions for overcoming the barriers to successful retailing and proper use of visual merchandising to stimulate the consumer purchase. We’ll teach how the addition of vital tools such as inventory management, staff motivation and goal setting will assist in maximizing your ROI. Students should have a basic knowledge of the line in order to understand how to market and sell the products.
